Statutes of the Club of People Who Never Turn Up Days and Don't Want to Participate in Anything

Article 1: Name of the Organization

The Club of Absents.

Article 2: Mission

Acknowledging and respecting individuals' choice not to commit to anything or be part of formal gatherings or obligations.

Article 3: Membership

  • Anyone who does not wish to commit to formal gatherings or activities can become a member.
  • There will never be a check on attendance at events, because there are none.

Article 4: Meetings

  • No official meetings or activities are planned.
  • Should there ever be a meeting, it is no one's fault if he/she does not show up.

Article 5: Communication

  • Communication is kept to a minimum.
  • Members have no obligation to respond to messages or communications.

Article 6: Responsibilities of Members

Members have no obligations or responsibilities. The only requirement is the desire not to participate in anything.

Article 7: Termination of Membership

  • Members can decide to terminate their membership at any time without giving any reason.
  • There is no formal procedure for termination of membership as there is no formal procedure for participation.

Article 8: Amendments to the Articles of Association

Given the nature of the club, there will probably be no changes to the bylaws. However, if someone proposes a change and no one responds, it is assumed that no one objects.

Article 9: Termination

The club can be dissolved at any time, not that it matters much as there are no formal activities or obligations.

By joining The Club of Absents, the member recognizes the inherent paradoxical nature of the club and respects the desire of others not to commit to anything.
