User agreement for the use of planet Earth on behalf of planet Earth for humanity

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as “User”) and planet Earth (hereinafter referred to as “Earth”), whereby the User declares and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement to follow and respect when living and using the Earth.

1. Duration of the agreement
   This Agreement is effective on the date signed by the User and remains in effect for the entire lifetime of the User, unless otherwise specified by Earth.
   
2. Responsibilities of the User
   The User agrees to use the Earth in a responsible and sustainable manner, respecting the environment and natural resources. This includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

a. Reducing the environmental footprint by limiting greenhouse gas emissions, limiting the use of fossil fuels, and promoting renewable energy sources.

b. Protecting and conserving ecosystems and biodiversity, including protecting endangered species, combating deforestation and promoting sustainable agricultural practices.

c. Reducing waste and pollution by promoting recycling, reducing the use of single-use plastics, and limiting the use of toxic substances.

d. To promote social justice, equality and the general well-being of the world's people, including respecting human rights, promoting fair labor practices and ensuring equal access to natural resources.

3. Termination of the Agreement
   Earth reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if User fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the event of termination of this Agreement, Earth may, in its sole discretion, take appropriate action to repair the damage caused by the User.
   
4. Liability
   The User assumes all responsibility and liability for his/her acts and omissions related to the use of the Earth. User shall indemnify Earth against any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, damages or liability arising out of User's breach of this Agreement.

5. Dispute settlement
   Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement, including its interpretation, performance, termination or violation, shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation and dialogue between the User and Earth. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the dispute may be submitted to an appropriate form of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation or arbitration, as agreed by the parties.
   
6. Changes to the Agreement
   The Earth reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the User in writing. The User is deemed to have agreed to the amended terms, unless he/she objects in writing within 30 days of receipt of notification of the amendment.
   
7. Transferability
   The User may not assign or transfer his/her rights and obligations under this Agreement to any other party without the prior written consent of Earth.
   
8. Applicable law
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the universal laws and principles of environmental sustainability, social justice and respect for the rights of all living beings inhabiting the Earth.
   
9. Entire Agreement
   This Agreement, including any schedules or attached documents, constitutes the entire agreement between User and Earth with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, representations or warranties.
   

By signing this Agreement, the User declares that he/she has read, understood and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to abide by all responsibilities and obligations set forth herein.
