Time zones are an unavoidable aspect of our modern globalized world, designed to synchronize human activity with the Earth's day and night rhythm. However, the interesting phenomenon occurs that people who live in an "earlier" time zone, such as west of the Netherlands, lag behind the rest of the world in some way.
