Dear neighbours,

I hope this message reaches you in good health. As you may have noticed, the varying times at which we put out our wheelie bins sometimes causes confusion and inconvenience. That is why I propose that from now on we jointly put out our wheelie bins every Monday morning at 8:00 am.

To give this initiative a flying start, I think it would be fun to make it a fun event! Next Monday at 8:00 am I would like to organize a neighborhood meeting with snacks and drinks for everyone. It would be a great opportunity to get to know each other better and strengthen our neighborhood ties.

I also arranged a special surprise: a bouncy castle and a clown for the children! This is sure to provide lots of fun and entertainment for the little ones, while us adults can enjoy a cup of coffee and a chat.

Hopefully you are as excited as I am about this idea. Let's make taking out the wheelie bin moment a weekly tradition that we look forward to. I look forward to seeing you all next Monday!
