When the banana touches your tongue, there&#039;s a brief, soft, mealy mouthfeel that immediately announces itself as something that doesn&#039;t bite, doesn&#039;t fight, doesn&#039;t sting, but passively submits, like a wet, defenseless sponge. And that taste?
